From the South by road
Travelling along the A82 from Stirling and Glasgow, continue through the town of Fort William along the by-pass as if you are heading for Inverness. At the Old Distillery House, turn left at the traffic lights to the quiet residential village of Inverlochy. Turn right past the Post Office and take the next right into Lundy Gardens.
From the North by road
Travelling along the A82 from Inverness, take the first turning on the right at the traffic lights after the Ben Nevis Hotel on the right, down to the quiet residential village of Inverlochy. Turn right past the Post Office and take the next right into Lundy Gardens.

By Road
Follow the A9 (either north or south), turning off into the town of Tain. Follow the signs for Portmahomack. Travelling approx 5 miles, you will reach the turn-off for Inver, which is well signposted. Turn right at the pub into Shop Street to Braemar Cottage.

Ferry Terminal
The return car ferry fare from the Mainland to the Island will be paid complementary of Braeside Holidays. The car reservation on the ferry will be arranged when the booking is made.
You are able to get the ferry to Scalpay, Harris from two main points:
1. Uig, Skye
The reccommended ferry terminal to travel from is Uig in Skye. The ferry journey will take approximately 1 hour 40 minutes.2. Ullapool
The second port which the ferry travels from is further North in Ullapool. If you are travelling from Ullapool to Scalpay, the approximate ferry journey time is 2 hours and 45 minutes.

Airport
Stornoway can also be reached by air from Inverness, Glasgow or Edinburgh, with connecting flights available from London and the rest of the UK. Car hire is available at Stornoway airport.
